1. Accepted Payment Methods

PaceWren accepts the following payment methods at checkout:

  • Major credit and debit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, UnionPay.
  • Apple Pay.
  • Google Pay.
  • Shop Pay.

All transactions are processed in Australian Dollars (AUD).

2. When Charges Apply

Your payment method is charged at checkout, when you place your order.

3. Pricing

All prices are shown in Australian Dollars (AUD).

The total shown at checkout is the final amount charged by PaceWren for your order, including applicable taxes and free standard delivery.

4. Payment Security

Checkout is secured with HTTPS / TLS encryption. Payments are processed by Shopify Payments, which is PCI-DSS compliant. PaceWren does not store full card numbers; payment data is tokenised and handled by the processor.

You may see "Shopify" or "PaceWren" on your card statement.

5. Order Confirmation

After your order is placed, you will see a confirmation page and receive a confirmation email with your order number and receipt.

6. Payment Issues

If your payment is declined, please verify the card number, expiry date, security code, and billing address. If the issue persists, try a different payment method or contact your bank.
